Our cupsleeve event is based in the Philippines but our merch kit will be available to purchase in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Oceania, Europe, and in the USA.

Q: What is a cupsleeve event?
A cupsleeve event is a type of fan event usually hosted in cafes to commemorate a shared fandom. These events typically include merch kits and an event program. This originated from the K-pop community where the term "cupsleeve" comes from the custom cardboard sleeves for their drinks during said fan events.
Q: What is this? Will I be able to get the merch even outside of PH?
This is a cupsleeve event based in PH, Metro Manila. However, we will be hosting a mail order for the merch kit included in the event which can be shipped internationally.
Q: Is the theme dedicated to TWST in general or are there characters/dorms in focus?
Our primary focus for this event will be the 7 housewardens! However, please keep an eye out as we will be featuring the other members in the merch as well.
Q: What kind of merch can we expect to see?
We plan on producing merch such as cupsleeves, photocards, prints, keychains, stickers, along with many others, so please stay tuned for our official merch drop!

Q: Can I contribute as an artist?
Unfortunately, we already have an official lineup for artists, so we will not be opening sign-ups for contributors. However, on-site attendees are free to distribute their own freebies.
Q: Can I still cosplay as a regular attendee?
Yes! Cosplays are welcome and encouraged. However, please refrain from bringing big props that may obstruct the venue.
Q: Will maps be given for directions and probable routes to the event?
Yes! Please wait for our post once the event date looms closer.
Q: How long does this event usually last? Is there a program?
Please allot 2-3 hours for the event. There will be a program with games and activities, as well as other gimmicks in the venue.
Q: Are minors allowed in the event?
Yes, minors are allowed to attend the event given that they have parental consent to do so. However, we do not accept underage volunteers.
